PNC Bank er Martin at the Altamonte Springs branch in Florida placed a stop payment on my cashiers check without my authorization. He said that is was company policy that if you asked for the image of a cashiers check and it had not been cashed yet that he had to place a stop payment on it. I have spoke to multiple people that work at PNC and they told me that is not company policy and the stop payment should not have been placed without my authorization.
