PNC Bank Complaint

With PNC you are always wrong.
Should have known when I opened my PNC account.
The very first check I tried to cash they wouldn't let me because it was a new account and I ended up cashing it at walmart to deposit it.
Then PNC not only didn't order my first debit card like requested but actually lost it when it finally arrived. I was homeless and had it mailed to the bank. They couldn't find it after weeks of waiting and so they contacted the manager who ordered it while on vacation, and guess what she "thinks" it was locked in her desk.
Then they Couldn't get my online/mobile banking setup and I actually had to have a branch manager call support to set it up.
Now among other little things that have happened my account has been overdrawn due to charges that showed as posted and an updated available balance but "didn't actually post until the next day". Also, extra ATM withdrawals that didn't happen showed but the support couldn't see on her end.
To make a bad situation worse, every time any of this happened I have been talked to like I'm an idiot and it was somehow my doing but pnc is the hero because they'll waive a fee or fix their own mistakes.
The first time I went in PNC, I told the lady "mam, I don't like banks but I have to have one for work. Is PNC a good bank your honest opinion?". She actually said "as long as you don't have any problems it is a fine bank."
If I didn't automatic banking set up through my payroll and bills I would definitely drop this bank.
